Parking problems? Facing a recall? Trying to reduce delinquencies? With hundreds of searchable articles and videos available, you are sure to find the information you need. Our network of association professionals provides objective, timely guidance for associations facing all types of common problems – even when it comes to that owner (you know who we mean). We’ve got you covered.
Don’t just educate yourself, educate your community. We believe that educated owners form healthy communities that make good decisions and expect quality management. Our Association Membership benefits extend to every owner in your association – not just the board of directors. Use ECHO to involve your association’s membership by sharing information, providing important updates about new laws, and to grow your sense of community.
The ECHO Journal has been ECHO’s signature publication since our inception in 1973. Our members can expect quality, informative articles by industry experts about current HOA issues. Association Members can designate up to 5 recipients of our printed Journal. And all association homeowners can access the Journal online in the members-only areas of our website. Enjoy a decade’s worth of excellent HOA problem solving advice in our archives.
New members will receive a one-time mailing of ECHO's Statute Book for each member of their board. The book contains the entirety of the Davis-Stirling Act, the primary collection of laws governing California HOAs.
We aren’t association attorneys, but we sure know a lot of them. With ECHO, take your knowledge of association law to the next level: our searchable index of association laws contains not only the text of the law, but important notes on the text that make it understandable.
Free & Discounted Events
Sometimes an article isn’t enough. For those who want a more personal experience, ECHO holds dozens of free or discounted in-person events throughout Northern California. ECHO members - both board members and owners - can meet other board members and get expert advice directly from top association attorneys and professionals.
Our online store offers a collection of the best publications available to homeowner associations. We make those publications available to members at a discount. Use ECHO to build your association’s library.
