Friday, February 24th was the final day for legislators to submit bills for consideration in 2012. Unsurprisingly, most of the bills that affect California associations were submitted on that day. We will introduce each bill in greater detail. Several bills before the Legislature are two-year bills that were not signed last year. Read below for a quick summary of those bills.
